With the aid of an English micro-brewing system and some Danish know-how, guests at Ilulissat's Icefiord hotel can look forward to toasting each other's health with a locally produced beer.
In addition to being brewed in the town, the beer will also be made using water from melted ice in near-by Ilulissat Ice Fjord.
The beer will be hand-brewed using a 400-litre micro-brewing system under the supervision of a Danish brew master.
Between eight and twelve hundred litres of the locally produced brew will be ready for consumption on 17 June, according to Iluliarmioq.gl.
